Acquittal in high profile case

Here is a Topeka Capital-Journal article reporting that Robert Myers won acquittals of conspiracy to riot and disorderly conduct in State v. New, a fairly high profile Cherokee County case involving several students at Riverton High School in Columbus. Judge Fleming acquitted Mr. New after a two day bench trial.
