Short list for Topeka district judge

Here is a Topeka Capital-Journal article reporting that the local nominating commission forwarded the names of Ruth E. Graham, Larry D. Hendricks, and Larry G. Karns to the governor to fill Judge Bullock's soon-to-be vacant position. I have only seen Ruth Graham at a CLE one time--I don't really know the other nominees at all.
