Wins in Johnson County

I've seen many of my public defender colleagues here at ITAP and learned that the Johnson County office has been keeping many cases from appeal by winning acquittals! Michael McCullough won an aggravated assault case in State v. Flenoy, based on general denial. And Byron Cerrillo won a rape case in State v. Young, based on a consent defense.
