Here is the Wichita Eagle article reporting that the Commission on Judicial Qualifiactions has recommended public censure for Judge Pilshaw for misconduct stemming from a mur$der case. The article includes a link to a copy of the Commission's findings and conclusions. As the article notes, this is Judge Pilshaw's third disciplinary matter (of record).

I have personally witnessed Judge Pilshaw's behavior in court. She seems to think she can treat defendents any way she wishes. She berates defendents and then yells at them for reacting to her comments. She seems to love to berate male defendents. She is an abrasive judge to all people concerned with her court. I feel she should be removed from the judicial system. She does not represent what a judge should be. I'm amazed her conduct has not been challenged before.
