The Kansas Judicial Council has recently posted a newly revised Appellate Practice Handbook on line for public access here. You can just access it on line or there is a link if you would prefer to download it as a big .pdf file and save it and/or print it. This is the same handbook that was handed out at the Appellate Practice Symposium last week and it is yours for free! Be sure to look at it if you have any interest in appellate practice in Kansas.
