New ADO

Just thought I would introduce our newest appellate defender, Jocilyn Oyler. Jocilyn is a 2005 KU law grad (and Defender Project student) who has spent some time in private practice and also a little time in the Douglas County DA's office. I think this puts us up to full staff (or as full as we are likely to get).
