Missouri gets Batson

In honor of my friend and colleague, Janine Cox, I wanted to just note this Missouri COA case reversing a murder conviction on Batson grounds. I won't generally blog on other states' cases, but Janine has been steadfast in her work on Batson and keeps hope alive that, one day, a Kansas court will actually give some teeth to Batson.
