The KSC issued a press release announcing that it would start live-streaming video of its arguments. The KSC has been streaming audio for a few years now and this is the next step in its attempt to be more accessible to the public. I wonder if we could arrange for our clients in prison to view this? They hardly ever get to see their own cases argued now and it does not seem like it would be that difficult to arrange for it over the internet.
Needless to say, this set off a furor of concern about fitness and wardrobe in the ADO.
