Welcome Carl!

I'm glad to announce that Carl Folsom, my colleague at the ADO, has agreed to join me as co-contributor to this blog. Carl came to the ADO after graduating from KU and the Kansas Defender Project. He is interested in focusing on potential new issues in this blog a little more. So look for his entries to relate articles/cases/ideas about potential new issues. So if you have any such ideas, let Carl know.

And of course, he will also just write about what ever interests him. Plus he's young and understands blogs and other technology (unlike people like me who actually remember typing a paper on a typewriter). So hopefully, he will help keep this blog looking/running well.
